Depending on the driveway conditions, we recommend an annual or bi-annual sealcoat for asphalt maintenance. A regular sealcoat will extend the life of your driveway.
Yes, we use commercial-grade crack fill for both our commercial and residential customers. A crack must be at least ¼ – ½ inch thick and an inch deep in order for crack fill to be applied. Smaller cracks (called ‘alligator cracks’) are not filled, but will be sealcoated over. If cracks are too deep, the filler may fall through and may indicate systemic damage and further repairs are required.

We ask that cars be removed from the driveway by 8:00 a.m. the day of the work. Cars can be returned to the driveway 24-48 hours after the work is completed (dependent upon weather conditions).
