SEALCOATING
Sealcoating quality varies greatly among contractors. Our products are custom-formulated for high traffic wear areas. We include extra additives to harden the sealcoating, speed curing, and improve asphalt bonding. We also add silica sand to improve skid resistance, and to toughen the surface coat.
We only brush apply our sealer. Our brush application provides the greatest customer value as it works the sealer well into rougher areas of the asphalt, providing a longer lasting, durable, and heavier sealcoating.
Our supplier continues to be GemSeal, the best product in the industry. They are local, giving us a pricing advantage.
POTHOLE AND CRACK REPAIRS
We have seen all types of parking lots throughout our 30 years. Chicagoland weather can erode asphalt and cause potholes and deep cracks. Deep and wide cracks require cleaning and sealing to keep water out. For our valued commercial customers, we offer proven and durable hot seal crack repairs as well as newer cold commercial grade safe seal formulas. We will provide the best product for your individual needs.
Potholes are not only unsightly, but dangerous. We clean and patch potholes with our hot or cold commercial asphalt mixes. These repairs quickly restore parking lot safety.
STRIPING
From blueprint layouts to existing re-striping, we will re-line your parking lots to ensure it meets State and Village compliance codes. We can provide line changes, hash marks, and stenciling. We also install posts and signage for HANDICAP parking spaces and other special purposes. Popular with both our paving customers and general contractor customers, we also supply and install concrete wheel stops at the curb end of parking spaces.
CLEANING
Cleaning parking lots is a critical step in the sealcoating process. The finest sealer will not adhere to a dirty surface. We utilize high pressure blow cleaning. We also offer extra power sweeping services necessary to clean heavy or oily debris. Extra power sweeping before sealcoating provides a clean base often necessary in low areas, along curbs, and on older asphalt surfaces. High pressure blow cleaning alone will not properly prepare these areas for sealcoating.
